JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Product & Marketing Specialist to lead social media efforts for multiple brands, while also managing divisional product coordination. Product coordination involves collaborating closely with a top-tier product management and sales team to ensure all marketing and sales materials are available for product updates, new launches, and sales initiatives. Included in this role, you will also be engaged in a wide variety of sales support responsibilities that are key to the organization's ongoing selling efforts. This hybrid position is ideal for someone passionate about social media, marketing strategy, and working on a fast-paced team with a wide array of responsibilities.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing Develop and manage social media strategy across multiple brands and platforms Create, schedule, and coordinate engaging social media content and campaigns Monitor social media performance, analytics, and reporting to optimize engagement and growth Assist with internal and external e-mail marketing and digital campaigns Manage product line updates across company websites Collaborate on brand messaging, campaign planning, and audience engagement initiatives Product Coordination Manage product documentation for price lists, sell sheets, warranties, etc. and oversee product updates and promotions Set up new products and ensure all launch materials are ready Internal and external communications regarding product updates Weekly communication with Product Directors Sales & Team Support Coordinate communications with sales team about products and promotions Maintain various contact lists Prep and mail marketing materials as requested, including swag management Update and maintain company Dropbox
REQUIRED & PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience with social media management, content planning, analytics, and reporting Understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and brand strategy Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, and InDesign preferred; training and ongoing learning opportunities available Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and reliability in a hybrid work environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced time management skills to meet deadline expectations Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment with ability to multi-task
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism or related field Minimum 3-5 years of related experience Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, optional remote Monday & Friday (subject to change)
