Remote with occasional attendance at events, workshops, or graduations as needed Position Summary Entrepreneurs Academy is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing & Social Media Consultant to increase brand awareness, promote programs and events, drive participant registrations, and strengthen community engagement. The consultant will interview, edit and create reels for marketing and social media platforms. Key Responsibilities Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms. Create graphics, reels, videos, and promotional materials. Marketing & Promotions Develop marketing campaigns to increase registrations for programs, workshops, and events. Promote participant success stories, alumni highlights, and organizational impact. Content Development Assist as needed to write social media posts, newsletters, blog articles, and promotional copy. Gather participant testimonials, photos, and videos for marketing purposes. Support video content initiatives including interviews, alumni spotlights, and "Hustle Diaries." Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, marketing, communications, or related field. Experience creating content for nonprofit organizations, workforce development, education, entrepreneurship, or community-based programs preferred. Able to record, edit and produce reels for social media - these are interviews, testimonials from students and instructors Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Deliverables The consultant will be expected to: Create promotional materials for all active programs and events. Attend and capture content from select Entrepreneurs Academy events as requested. Compensation & Schedule $25-$30 per hour depending on qualifications and experience. Approximately 15-20 hours per month. Flexible work schedule with most work performed remotely.
