Hours 8-12 hours per week 1 in-person day per week in Montgomery County Additional remote work available About Us Ambitious Studios Hair by Lady Ambitious Ambitious Lady Collection Apprentice Program Responsibilities Content & Marketing Film content for multiple brands Edit reels and short-form videos Assist with content calendars Schedule posts Respond to comments and messages Assist with influencer outreach Capture tenant and apprentice content Operations & Administration Track apprentice schedules and attendance Assist with appointment scheduling and rescheduling Monitor rent payment tracking Research vendors, contractors, and business opportunities Maintain organized spreadsheets and records Assist with special projects and business growth initiatives Community & Growth Reach out to influencers and potential collaborators Help identify partnership opportunities Support marketing efforts for salon suite rentals Help generate new ideas to grow the brand Ideal Candidate Organized and proactive Comfortable on Instagram, TikTok, CapCut, Canva, and Google Workspace Strong communication skills Interest in beauty, entrepreneurship, marketing, or small business Able to work independently and solve problems Reliable transportation to Montgomery County Pay $18/hour Opportunity for additional hours as the business grows
