I run an established, growing multi-platform content business. I am looking for the right person to become a trusted right-hand assistant who can help keep things organized, moving smoothly, and running efficiently behind the scenes. This is a semi remote position, but applicants must be local to the Wilmington / surrounding area, as some tasks will require in-person assistance, content filming help, errands, and occasional on-site work. Schedule:
4 hours per day 6 days per week Starting at $15/hour Hours are generally daytime, but some flexibility is appreciated for filming, errands, appointments, or time-sensitive tasks. About the Role:
This role blends social media support, content creation assistance, organization, and general day-to-day operational support. I'm looking for someone who can take ownership of responsibilities, stay organized, anticipate needs, and help keep both business and personal operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in content creation, digital marketing, social media growth, brand building, and behind-the-scenes business operations. For the right person, there is room to grow over time as responsibilities, trust, and the business expand. Responsibilities may include:
Helping film reels, shorts, and other social media content Posting and scheduling content across platforms Replying to comments and helping build community engagement Assisting with management of multiple social media accounts Researching trends, ideas, and content opportunities Basic video editing (a plus) Preparing outfits, products, props, or items for content shoots Running local errands Making appointments and handling general admin tasks Helping keep projects organized and on schedule Assisting with miscellaneous day-to-day tasks as needed Requirements:
Must be local to the Wilmington / surrounding area Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Must be fluent in major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X, etc.) Strong understanding of social media culture, trends, and engagement Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Google Drive, Dropbox, or scheduling platforms is a plus Comfortable filming content with an iPhone and helping with simple content setup Professional, dependable, and highly organized Strong communication skills Comfortable with email, texting, phone communication, and task management Self-starter who works well independently Fast learner Flexible and adaptable Strong multitasking skills Positive, solution-oriented mindset Marketing experience is a plus Detail-oriented with strong judgment Emotionally mature and proactive Comfortable with occasional lifting, driving, setting up equipment, and helping with content prep Confidentiality & Professionalism:
