Duties Develop, implement, and manage engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok using content calendars. Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite tools. Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback to inform content strategies. Manage social media scheduling and publishing using tools like Sprout Social to ensure consistent brand messaging. Analyze web analytics and social media metrics with Google Analytics and platform insights to optimize campaign performance. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community growth and relationship management. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team on branding initiatives, and public relations efforts to enhance overall digital presence. Utilize Asana project management software for task management and coordination with marketing and communication team. Qualifications Proven experience in social media management, content creation and digital marketing strategies. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is essential. Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics for data-driven decision making. Experience with social listening tools, Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling applications like Hootsuite or Sprout Social. Knowledge of video editing and photography techniques to produce high-quality visual content. Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure accurate messaging across all channels. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
