Job Description
Seeking a Remote Social Media Contractor who will supports the overall global brand communications strategy, with a focus on Social Media. The Social Media Contractor plays a vital support role within the Global Social Media team, ensuring operational excellence across content coordination, campaign tracking, and cross-functional communication. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow within the brand marketing and social media space while building strong foundational experience in cross-functional operations The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to: Content & Calendar Coordination
- Traffic approved assets to the social agency for scheduling, ensuring alignment with the editorial calendar and campaign timelines
- Maintain internal content calendars and trackers, updating regularly for visibility across teams
- Ensure cross-functional content hand offs are seamless, supporting calendar inputs from creative, marketing, and regional teams Campaign Operations & Documentation
- Assist with content and campaign tracking across platforms
- Asset organization, including ensuring final content deliverables are archived in appropriate repositories
- Research and identify influences whose audience and aesthetic align with company brand values.
- Process legal agreements, contracts, deliverables, and invoices for influencer partnerships.
- Coordinate product shipments to influencers and track inventory for influencer campaigns.
- Assist in the outreach process from pitch to response tracking, including timely follow-ups and handoff to the influencer Manager.
- Work closely with the Influencer Manager to align outreach with campaign needs, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
- Assist in reporting on influencer pipeline metrics (response rate, conversion to partnerships, platform trends). Finance & Legal Support
- Assist with processing invoices related to social/influencer content, creative vendors, and campaign production
- Track invoices and work closely with the finance team to maintain up-to-date budget records
- Support the legal process by initiating, routing, and tracking agreements and statements of work for social and influencer contractors and vendors Reporting & Admin
- Assist the team in collecting performance data and formatting reports for monthly recaps and campaign post-mortems Provide administrative support for key meetings, team coordination, and asset organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant, marketing experience including influencer or creator relations
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Experience identifying talent, creating briefs, and executing influencer campaigns
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools (Creator IQ)
- Well-versed in influencer marketing reporting and KPIs
- Working knowledge of competitive influencer landscape, norms, and best-practices
- Knowledge of sports and fashion industry trends
- Excellent time management, organizational, planning and project management skills
