Pay Rate:

($25-$28) hourly

Responsibilities:

Core Focus 90% content creation 10% community management Required Skills 2+ years in social media content creation Strong video editing and graphic design skills

Tools:

Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut Acting or theatre experience/training (strong plus for on-camera presence and creative storytelling) Deep understanding of social trends/platforms Strong copywriting and communication skills Portfolio required. Key Responsibilities Create engaging social content for popular social media platforms. Design graphics and edit short-form videos Follow brand guidelines and social trends Collaborate with marketing/internal teams on campaigns Develop social templates, toolkits, and creative assets Monitor comments/messages and engage with audiences Escalate trends, issues, or opportunities Preferred / Nice-to-Have Community management experience Sprinklr experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Design Spanish bilingual Work Conditions Occasional evenings/weekends Up to 25% travel
