Our marketing team doesn't just support the business — we help drive it. We're looking for a Social Media & Events Specialist who thrives at the intersection of live experiences, digital storytelling, and brand strategy. This is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for executing events and elevating OREMOR's presence across social platforms. What You Will Do:
- Plan and execute dealership events, sponsorships, and brand activations.
- Manage all event logistics, including vendors, permits, timelines, staffing, and on-site setup.
- Serve as a point of contact for local partnerships and community relationships.
- Maintain and coordinate the group-wide event calendar across multiple locations.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and leadership teams to support event execution.
- Track and report on event performance (attendance, engagement, lead generation).
- Capture and coordinate photo/video content for social media and post-event marketing.
- Support social media planning, scheduling, and publishing across platforms.
- Work with agency partners on monthly content calendars and campaign execution.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and presentation across events and social channels.
- Maintain organized records of events, partnerships, and performance metrics.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including reporting, presentations, and marketing materials.
Optimum Success:
- 2-4+ years in event planning, community engagement, or marketing.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience coordinating events and managing logistics end-to-end.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends for events.
- Bilingual and automotive experience are a plus.
