Job Description

Overview Our OB/GYN practice is looking for a creative and organized Part-Time (with a potential for Full-Time) Social Media and Online Community Coordinator (20-25 hours/week) to help elevate our online presence. If you're passionate about women's health, storytelling, and creating content that educates and connects with our community, we'd love to meet you! This position requires applicants to be 18 or older due to safety and regulatory considerations.
Duties:
Social Media Managing content calendars Creating engaging posts, reels, and stories Maintaining the aesthetic feeds, filming & editing Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and reviews to build strong relationships with our community. Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital marketing strategies, and platform algorithm changes. This job requires coming to the office on a regular basis, however is remote more than 50% of the time. Online Community Actively moderate the online women's community platform Approve members and manage onboarding experience Monitor posts, comments, and discussions to ensure a respectful and supportive environment Respond to member questions and encourage ongoing engagement Moderate live streams by managing comments and questions in real time Assist in planning and executing monthly in-person meetups Coordinate and pick up food, snacks, and event materials Skills Proficiency in Canva and video editing software for content creation. Knowledge with navigating SquareSpace is preferred. Familiarity with instagram, Facebook, and Mighty Network a plus, but not requirement. Ability to create engaging graphics, videos, and written content tailored for various platforms. Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality content output. Strong relationship management skills for engaging with followers, influencers, and partners effectively. From $25.00 per hour
