This role is responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, building relationships within local online communities, and helping promote our services throughout the Houston area. Responsibilities Create and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Capture photos and videos of landscaping projects, job sites, company events, and completed work. Edit and produce short-form videos, reels, stories, and promotional content. Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries. Conduct outreach to local businesses, community groups, influencers, and organizations to increase brand visibility. Monitor social media trends and recommend new strategies to improve engagement and reach. Assist with online reputation management and customer engagement efforts. Collaborate with management to highlight company projects, services, and success stories. Track and report on social media growth, engagement, and campaign performance. Experience Experience managing social media accounts for a business, brand, or organization preferred. Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools. Strong photography, videography, and editing skills. Must have a valid Drivers License Self-motivated, creative, and highly organized. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Experience in landscaping, construction, home services, or related industries is a plus.
