With multiple locations across Southern California and Arizona — and continued expansion ahead — we're looking for a creative, organized, and highly motivated Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to help tell our story and grow our brand. About the Role This is a hands-on content and social media role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You'll help manage and grow Modena's digital presence across social platforms, create engaging content, support clinic launches and events, and help position Modena as a leading voice in the healthcare space, with a focus on the food allergy space. You should be equal parts creative and execution-oriented, comfortable developing content ideas one minute and coordinating a shoot or schedule of posts the next. What You'll Do Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other emerging platforms Capture and edit photo/video content in clinics, at events, and with providers/patients Develop engaging educational, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes healthcare content Write captions, social copy, blog posts, app content, website/email content, and print marketing materials Create a cohesive content calendar that takes into account multiple clinic locations and additional openings throughout the year Support new clinic launches, community events, and partnerships Collaborate with physicians and leadership to turn medical topics into patient-friendly content Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and opportunities for growth Assist with influencer/community outreach and local partnerships Track engagement metrics and help optimize content performance Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints Help create and update marketing materials like flyers, banners and program materials What We're Looking For 1-2 years of experience in social media, content marketing, digital marketing, or a related role Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and short-form video trends Excellent writing and communication skills Comfortable filming and editing content on iPhone and/or professional cameras Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing tools Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-starter mentality with the ability to move quickly and manage multiple projects Creative eye for branding, aesthetics, and storytelling Comfortable working in a collaborative, startup-like healthcare environment Basic graphic design experience Position Details Full-time preferred Hybrid role with travel between clinics/events as needed Southern California preferred (San Diego or Los Angeles markets ideal) To Apply Please include in your application: Your resume Portfolio and/or social media accounts you've managed Examples of content you've created (video, graphics, campaigns, etc.)
