Social Media Content Specialist

We're a locally owned and family-operated Bahama Buck's in Cypress, TX, and we're looking for a creative, energetic individual to help bring our brand to life online. This role is perfect for someone who loves tropical vibes, fun environments, and creating content that makes people smile (and crave shaved ice). You'll help capture the energy of our shop—from colorful Sno® creations and team culture to off-site community events and day-to-day moments—and turn it into engaging content across our social media platforms. As part of our team, you'll gain hands-on experience in real-world marketing, brand growth, and customer engagement, while working directly with operators who are focused on building something meaningful in the Cypress community.

What You'll Do:

Create photo and video content (Reels, posts, stories) Help plan and manage a content calendar Capture in-store moments, team culture, and customer experiences Respond to comments/messages and engage with our audience Stay on top of trends and bring fresh, creative ideas Assist with promoting local events, school partnerships, and community involvement

What We're Looking For:

Creative, self-motivated, and dependable Comfortable filming/editing content on a phone or camera Strong understanding of Instagram and current trends Positive attitude and ability to match a fun, upbeat brand Local to Cypress or surrounding areas (big plus) This is a great opportunity to grow your skills and be part of a business that's rooted in community, family values, and delivering a one-of-a-kind tropical experience.
