About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented contractor to support a video content feed within our consumer mobile app.
In this role, you will serve as the primary reviewer of user-submitted video content, ensuring all published content meets our established quality and community standards.
This is a high-judgment, process-driven role that requires operational consistency and the ability to think critically when guidelines meet real-world edge cases.
Key Responsibilities
Review and make daily approval and rejection decisions on user-submitted video content based on established content guidelines
Identify and escalate grey-area content that requires additional review or policy clarification
Partner with internal stakeholders to revise and expand content guidelines as new content scenarios emerge
Source and identify potential content creators across social platforms to expand the contributor pipeline
Maintain accurate records of moderation decisions to support audit trails and trend analysis
Identify opportunities to automate or streamline portions of the moderation workflow using AI-assisted tooling
Provide regular reporting on content volume, approval rates, rejection reasons, and flagged patterns
Qualifications
Hands-on experience managing organic social media for a brand, including content publishing, copywriting, and community engagement
Working knowledge of platform norms, content formats, and best practices across major social channels (Instagram, TikTok, , etc.)
Experience in a role requiring high-volume daily decision-making with strong attention to detail
Strong judgment and comfort making consistent decisions in ambiguous situations
Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage a daily workload independently
Experience writing or maintaining process documentation, guidelines, or playbooks is a plus
Curiosity about or experience with AI tools is a plus
