We're looking for a social media marketing specialist who doesn't just execute. They think, strategize, and bring ideas to the table without being asked. This is not an assistant role. We need someone who can look at our content, our analytics, and our goals and come back with a direction. Someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and genuinely understands how to grow an audience across multiple platforms. This role also owns our email marketing and blogs. You need to be comfortable working directly inside software, not handing it off. What You'll Own Day-to-day management and content publishing across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, and X. Much of this is managed through Statusbrew, our social media management platform. Email marketing, hands-on and end to end. You will work with our marketing team to write marketing emails, build and schedule campaigns, manage segmentation and automations, and own the sending. Social media strategy, not just posting, but knowing why we're posting, what's working, and what to do differently Caption writing, blog posts, and social copy that sounds on-brand and converts YouTube workflow management. We are prioritizing YouTube strategy and need someone who can build and manage the content and publishing process. Video editing not required. Content calendar planning and project management around content workflow Graphic creation or strong direction of graphic assets for static posts, carousels, and thumbnails Analytics review and reporting. You should be able to tell us what the numbers mean and what we should do next What We're Looking For Proven experience managing social media across multiple platforms. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube required Hands-on experience with marketing email platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Kajabi or similar. You should be comfortable going into the software yourself to build campaigns, set up automations, manage lists and segmentation, and handle the actual sending. We currently run on Kajabi and may migrate to a dedicated email platform such as Klaviyo, so adaptability across tools matters Experience with SMS messaging platforms Experience with social media management platforms. We use Statusbrew, which is comparable to Sprout Social. Familiarity with Statusbrew, Sprout Social, or a similar tool is strongly preferred Strong understanding of what performs on each platform and why Ability to write captions, blog posts, scripts, and copy that resonates and is engaging Experience with or strong understanding of YouTube content workflows and strategy Comfortable with project management tools. We use Monday.com Graphic design skills or strong visual direction ability. Canva proficiency at minimum Self-directed and proactive. You bring ideas, you flag problems, you don't wait to be told what to do Familiarity with women's health, fitness, or wellness is a plus but not required What This Is Not This is not a role for someone who needs daily direction or hand-holding. We have a small, fast-moving team and we need someone who can plug in, take ownership of their lane, and run with it. If you do your best work when everything is mapped out for you, this probably isn't the right fit. Hours & Compensation Full-time, 40 hours per week
