This is a hands-on position where you will wear multiple hats and help support the day-to-day operations of a growing business. Your primary responsibility will be creating content, managing our social media presence, and growing our brand online. However, because social media management alone does not require a full 40-hour workweek, you will also assist with answering phone calls, responding to emails, running errands, coordinating projects, and helping with various business tasks as needed. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, dependable, creative, and eager to grow with the company. Our goal is to turn this into a full-time position with increased responsibilities and opportunities as the business continues to expand. ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Marketing Create, edit, and publish engaging content including photos, videos, graphics, and written posts. Manage daily social media activity across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms. Develop content ideas and campaigns that increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience feedback to improve content performance. Respond to comments, messages, reviews, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Track performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement. Administrative & Operations Support Answer phone calls and assist customers with questions. Respond to emails and online inquiries. Run business-related errands as needed. Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments. Help organize projects and follow up on tasks. Provide general support to ownership and management. Assist with miscellaneous duties as the needs of the business evolve. Qualifications Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand. Strong content creation skills including photography, videography, editing, and graphic design. Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and solve problems without constant supervision. Positive attitude and strong customer service skills. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Comfortable running errands and working in a fast-paced environment. Must be comfortable appearing in social media videos Experience with restaurants, hospitality, or small businesses is a plus. Schedule & Compensation 20-40 hours per week depending on experience and business needs. Opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership role. Competitive pay based on experience.
