Job Description

Viva Koutour Cosmetics is seeking a creative and social-media-savvy Social Media Reels & Live Content Assistant to help create engaging video content for our growing beauty brand. We are looking for someone who understands beauty content, short-form videos, Instagram Reels, TikTok, live selling, product demos, and community engagement. This role is ideal for someone who loves makeup, beauty trends, and creating polished content that feels fun, modern, and on-brand.
Responsibilities:
Create short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms. Assist with live content, including product demos, live shopping, beauty conversations, and audience engagement. Help develop content ideas around product launches, tutorials, sales, beauty tips, behind-the-scenes content, and customer-focused posts. Film or assist with filming swatches, try-ons, product demos, tutorials, unboxings, and promotional videos. Stay up to date with trending sounds, hooks, beauty content formats, and social media trends. Represent Viva Koutour Cosmetics in a professional, confident, and brand-aligned way.
Qualifications:
Experience creating Reels, TikToks, live videos, UGC, or beauty-related content. Comfortable being on camera or assisting behind the camera. Strong interest in makeup, cosmetics, skincare, and social media. Creative eye for clean, polished, modern content. Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines. Experience with CapCut, Canva, TikTok, Instagram editing tools, or basic video editing is a plus.
