Facebook Instagram Full Job Description Part-Time Social Media Specialist Location:
Savannah, GA (Hybrid/In-Office Preferred) We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to help grow our online presence and showcase our real estate business. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, content creation, and engaging with audiences across multiple social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms Capture and edit photos, videos, reels, and stories Assist with marketing luxury homes, local lifestyle content, and company branding Write compelling captions and social media copy Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages as needed Track performance and provide recommendations for growth Stay current on social media trends and best practices
Qualifications:
Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand Strong photography and video editing skills Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus Real estate experience is helpful but not required
What We're Looking For:
Someone who understands how to tell a story, create engaging content, and build meaningful connections online. The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, and excited about helping a successful real estate business expand its digital presence.
Schedule:
