We provide birth center care, home birth services, primary care, ultrasound services, wellness care, and education while remaining committed to exceptional client experiences and sustainable organizational growth. Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid position of up to 10 hours per week. Work is performed primarily remotely, with regular on-site visits to our Fort Collins or Grand Junction locations to gather content. The Social Media Specialist is responsible for capturing, curating, and publishing engaging content across all of Tender Gifts' social media platforms. This role is the voice of our brand online—connecting our community with the care, education, and support we provide every day. We are seeking a creative, self-directed individual with a genuine interest in women's health, birth, and wellness. The ideal candidate brings both an eye for compelling content and the organizational skills to maintain a consistent posting schedule across multiple channels. Responsibilities Gather photo, video, and written content from both clinic locations Plan, schedule, and publish posts across all active social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with organizational priorities Create graphics, captions, and short-form video content that reflect the Tender Gifts brand voice Monitor comments, messages, and engagement, flagging items requiring a clinical or leadership response Track platform analytics and provide brief monthly performance summaries Collaborate with leadership to promote events, services, and educational content Ensure all content is HIPAA-compliant and consistent with organizational values Qualifications Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, and at least one short-form video platform (TikTok, Reels) Strong writing and communication skills with attention to tone and brand voice Ability to capture quality photos and video with a smartphone Proficiency with Canva for graphics and content creation Self-motivated with the ability to manage deadlines independently Interest in or experience with women's health, maternity care, or wellness preferred Familiarity with scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.) preferred What We're Looking For Someone who can tell our story in a way that resonates.
