Social Media Specialist

Job Overview As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing the company's social media strategy. You will work to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and engage with the target audience across various social media platforms. The role is mostly remote with an average of 1 day a week on site in Harrisburg. We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, and will bring new ideas and expertise to the company.

Responsibilities:

• Follow and analyze fashion influencers to support trend forecasting, content ideation, and brand alignment
• Maintain a pulse on the fashion creator space by following relevant influencers and identifying key content trends
• Research, Create, and Post content to social media platforms
• Creation of a weekly newsletter for subscribers to shop
• Create daily Instagram Story Slides using the Canva app
• Edit short form videos
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends and audience engagement
• Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns
• Demonstrates willingness and ability to capture video content of clothing in retail environments, focusing on items displayed on hangers (no on-body modeling required).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Strong Work Ethic, Goal-Oriented, Adaptable, Creative Problem Solving
• Proficient in social media platorms and management tools (i.e. Canva, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Understanding the fashion industry on social media
• Proficiency in the utilization of AI
• Experience in content creation and video/Instagram reel editing
• Understanding of advertising and web technologies
• Proficiency with social media analytics tools and experience in buffing posts
