Social Media Specialist & Videographer

We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Social Media Specialist & Videographer to manage and grow multiple social media accounts across various industries including Real Estate, Immigration, Insurance, Education, Finance, Medical Aesthetics, Health, and more. Content will already be produced. Your primary responsibility will be managing, scheduling, optimizing, and publishing content across all major English-speaking social media platforms.

Social Media Responsibilities:

Manage multiple social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and other major platforms Schedule and publish content based on optimal posting days and times Analyze audience behavior, trends, and platform algorithms to maximize reach and engagement Write engaging captions, call-to-actions, hashtags, and keyword-focused descriptions to attract traffic and increase visibility Understand platform compliance rules, restricted keywords, and sensitive topics to avoid account flagging, shadow banning, or content removal Organize and maintain content calendars for multiple brands and industries Monitor account performance, engagement, and growth metrics Stay current with social media trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices

Videographer Responsibilities:

Comfortable operating Sony FX3 camera systems Assist with setting up professional shoots for clients Experience using DJI RS4 Gimbal for stabilized and cinematic footage Support content production teams during filming when needed Ensure proper camera setup, framing, lighting, and equipment handling

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of social media management and growth strategies Experience managing multiple brands/accounts simultaneously Excellent copywriting skills for captions, hashtags, and engagement-focused posting Knowledge of compliance-sensitive industries and social platform guidelines Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Experience with Sony FX3 and DJI RS4 Gimbal preferred Ability to work independently and manage posting schedules efficiently This role is focused on execution, optimization, and account management, not content creation.

Pay:

$18.00 - $26.00 per hour
