  • Full-time Berkshire Home Co is searching for our new Social Media Strategist.

The Social Media Strategist will develop and implement social media strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness, growing our social media presence and ensuring that corporate objectives are executed within budget. This experienced individual will maintain our social media accounts, be tasked with analyzing and reporting results, and oversee the social media budget. The Social Media Strategist will work closely with the rest of the Marketing team to create data-driven effective assets, help grow our TikTok presence and out of the box content that will get our product and brand noticed. Core functions of this job include closely following trends, strategizing, and assisting in creating content. Community management and fostering influencer collabs is also crucial. Finally, this individual will play an integral part in our emerging influencer programs and support our growing Affiliate Marketing efforts. Objectives of this role

  • Measure the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate social media channels through monthly reporting.
  • Run and coordinate social media giveaways.
  • Oversee social media budget.
  • Support affiliate marketing initiatives. Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Digital and Marketing teams to develop social media strategy that promotes the company's brand identity.
Optimize social media campaigns to support corporate branding goals. Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media. Identify and develop potential creator partnerships, including outreach and relationship management. Drive customer database growth through strategic paid promotions (Klaviyo). Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
Duties include:
Scheduling and publishing a high volume of daily content using social media management tools such as Buffer, while also handling native platform posting (e.g., Instagram Stories). Audience building. Running social media ad campaigns. Managing logistics and outreach for social media giveaways.
Community management:
replying to DMs, comment monitoring, etc. Escalating issues to Customer Care team. Monthly Reporting on benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs. Analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results in future campaigns. Regularly providing insights gained from social media to Marketing team so data-driven assets can be created. Work cross functionally with internal teams to successfully promote new products and campaigns. Oversee annual social media budget; optimize spend to align with peak buying seasons.
  • Additional duties include: Providing technical support for the Digital team, including platform integrations (e.
g., TikTok Shop) and tracking (e.g., Meta Pixel), user management, etc. Develop and support 3rd-party influencer programs (affiliate marketing). Act as US-based contact for targeted affiliate marketing partners, including creating and sending press kits in tandem with Marketing team member assistance. Required skills and qualifications Experience planning and managing corporate social media accounts and brand strategy in a corporate or agency setting. In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and best practices for each. Experience running ads in the Facebook Business Manager advertising platform Ability to analyze stats and evaluate the company's digital presence and performance. Excellent understanding of social media strategy and how to interpret data. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and to build and maintain relationships. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Self-motivated project management with experience using Trello, Monday or other project management software. Ability to work quickly, pivot, and meet tight deadlines. Preferred skills and qualifications
  • Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency a plus. Education & Experience
  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrable experience with at least 4 years in social media for business required; experience with managing multiple accounts using automated software highly preferred.
  • Business understanding of social media platforms.
