We are partnering with a Fortune 1000 pharmaceutical powerhouse undergoing a bold digital transformation and they are building a next-gen social media team to match. As part of this evolution, were on the hunt for a Social Media Strategist to help shape the future of engagements across both Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Healthcare Provider (HCP) audiences. This is a brand-facing, high-impact role where you'll work across multiple brands, collaborating with internal stakeholders, media teams, and creative partners to drive breakthrough paid and organic social performance. 40 hrs/week through December 31, 2026 with potential to extend Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain content calendars across multiple platforms (Primary:
Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and LinkedIn.Secondary:
Pinterest and Snapchat) Support influencer activations, content planning, and campaign execution Input and manage content in Sprinklr Collaborate with media teams to optimize performance and provide strategic recommendations Participate in brand meetings, internal agency syncs, and content planning sessions Monitor creative grids and ensure all assets are properly trafficked and compliant (compliance training and documentation will be provided) Balance execution (posting, compliance) with strategic planning (platform trends, new placements, analytics & recommendations) Proactively pitch new social ideas, activations, and platform opportunities to brand teams based on data and industry happenings Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in social media strategy and execution Experience with both paid and organic social campaigns Strong understanding of and proven experience with multiple social media platforms beyond Meta (TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, etc.) Ability to build and manage content calendars aligned to campaign KPIs Experience using Sprinklr or similar tools for scheduling and analytics Experience working in regulated industries (pharma preferred, but not required) Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional, agency-style environment Preferred Qualifications Prior experience at a media, or social agency who supported pharmaceutical clients Familiarity with compliance processes for social media Background with influencer marketing and social-first campaign ideation Experience with creative grids, specs, and social ticketing systems Agency experience In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data.
