Social Media Strategy & Analytics Specialist. We seek a creative and passionate Social Media Strategy & Analytics Specialist to join our team and help elevate our presence on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Social Media Strategy & Analytics Specialist to join our team and drive growth on our Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok channels. This role focuses on strategy, performance analysis, social commerce, and influencer or UGC coordination, while supporting our Social Media Content Creator and Graphic Designer. This position is ideal for someone who leverages insights, trends, and data to drive growth and collaborates closely with our creative team to optimize existing content.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Growth Develop and refine Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok strategies to increase follower growth, engagement, and social-driven sales. Identify content gaps and growth opportunities using platform insights and analytics. Recommend posting schedules, formats, hooks, captions, and content pillars based on performance data. Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends. Analytics & Reporting Monitor and analyze social media performance (reach, engagement, conversions, follower growth). Create simple performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Track campaign performance, product launches, and influencer content results. Use data to continuously optimize content strategy and social commerce efforts. Influencer & UGC Strategy Research, identify, and contact influencers and UGC creators who align with the brand. Manage creator communication, deliverables, and timelines. Evaluate influencer and UGC performance to determine ROI and future partnerships. Support affiliate and social selling initiatives. Creative Team Support Collaborate closely with the current Social Media Content Creator to guide content direction using data and insights. Support the Graphic Designer by providing creative briefs, content needs, and performance feedback. Assist with content creation, on-camera appearances, photography, graphics, or video production as needed to support campaigns. Ensure brand consistency across all social content. Community & Social Commerce Support Support community engagement strategies to increase interaction and loyalty. Assist with social promotions, launches, and sales-driven campaigns. Help optimize content tied to product drops and special offers. Qualifications Proven experience in social media strategy, analytics, or digital marketing (Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok). Strong understanding of social media insights, analytics, and performance metrics. Experience working with influencers, UGC creators, or affiliate programs. Strategic mindset with a creative eye for what performs. Comfortable collaborating with creative teams and following direction. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. On-camera confidence is an asset, though not required. Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred. Equivalent hands-on experience in social media strategy, analytics, and growth will be considered.

Full-time position. This role requires working on-site at the corporate office at least four days per week, with one remote workday per week.
Spring/Summer Schedule:
Monday-Thursday:
7:30 am to 4:30 pm,
Friday:
7:30 am to 2:00 pm (30-min lunch break)
Fall/Winter Schedule:
Monday-Friday:
