Advertising Senior Social Media & Reputation Specialist At Lithia & Driveway (NYSE:

We're looking for a creative, strategic, and highly driven Senior Social Media & Reputation Specialist to elevate and protect the voice of our enterprise brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands how to build engaged online communities, and knows how to turn data, trends, and customer sentiment into meaningful brand impact.Location:
Medford, OR (hybrid)Compensation Range:
$50,000-$75,000, with a typical starting of $60,000. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.What You'll Do Social Media Strategy & Content:
Develop and execute innovative social media strategies aligned with each brand's voice, goals, and audience Build and maintain strategic content calendars that align with campaigns, trends, and seasonal opportunities Create engaging platform-specific content including graphics, videos, infographics, and copy Ensure all creative aligns with brand standards and messagingCommunity Engagement & Reputation Management:
Manage and engage with online communities across social and review platforms Respond thoughtfully and professionally to customer feedback, comments, and reviews Maintain a 100% response rate across review sites while protecting and strengthening brand reputation Monitor brand sentiment and proactively identify opportunities or risksSocial Listening & Analytics:
Track trends, competitor activity, and audience conversations to drive strategy and innovation Build and optimize social listening queries for brand and competitive insights Analyze campaign and reputation performance, providing actionable recommendations and reporting to leadershipInfluencer & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with influencers and industry partners to expand brand reach when applicable Collaborate closely with marketing, design, customer support, and dealership teams to ensure consistent messaging across channelsEvents & Real-Time Content:
