Twitter Scouting Analyst

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Twitter Scouting Analyst to join our dynamic team! Duties Collect, analyze, and interpret Twitter data using advanced tools such as SQL, Python, R, and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics. Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and other data visualization software to present insights clearly and compellingly. Monitor Twitter for trending topics, brand mentions, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities. Conduct market research by analyzing social media conversations to understand customer preferences and emerging industry trends. Collaborate with business development teams to identify potential partnerships or growth areas based on social media insights. Utilize statistical software such as SPSS or SAS for in-depth data analysis and hypothesis testing related to market dynamics. Support strategic planning by providing actionable insights derived from comprehensive data collection and analysis efforts. Experience Proven experience in social media analytics with a focus on Twitter or other social platforms. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools including SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, SAS or SPSS. Demonstrated ability to work with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics. Familiarity with data collection methods and statistical techniques used in market research. Experience in business development or marketing analytics is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into understandable reports and presentations. Prior experience with market research projects involving strategic planning and competitive analysis is a plus.
