  • Full-time We're a fast-growing, family-oriented company looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
This role will provide direct support to leadership while also playing a key role in managing and growing our social media presence. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes initiative, and likes being involved in a variety of projects. While there will be administrative and recruiting responsibilities, social media management and content coordination will be a major part of the role. What You'll Be Doing Managing schedules, appointments, and day-to-day priorities Assisting with recruiting efforts, including job postings, applicant follow-up, and interview scheduling Creating, scheduling, and managing social media content across multiple platforms Helping develop content ideas that promote our company culture, events, and growth Monitoring social media engagement and responding when appropriate Creating presentations, reports, and meeting materials Coordinating projects and helping leadership stay organized Handling communications, follow-ups, and various administrative tasks What We're Looking For Strong social media experience and a good understanding of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Canva Someone who enjoys creating content and has an eye for what grabs attention Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed Professional and dependable Preferred Experience Social media management or content creation Canva, PowerPoint, or similar design/presentation tools Recruiting or hiring support Administrative or executive support experience Why Join Us?
