Job Description

Social Media Content SpecialistOnsite | Austin, TX | ContractWe're partnering with a fast-growing company at the center of Austin's innovation ecosystem, to hire a Social Media Content Specialist. You'll play a key role in translating complex ideas into engaging, high-performing content that captures attention and drives conversation. This is an opportunity to take full ownership of content creation while influencing how a growing brand shows up in the market.
What You'll Do:
Own end-to-end content creation, from ideation to publishing and performance trackingDevelop engaging, platform-specific content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and XMonitor and engage with audiences—responding to comments, DMs, and conversations in real timePartner with marketing, design, and leadership to align content with campaigns and brand messagingBuild and maintain a content calendar aligned to business priorities and key initiativesStay on top of trends, platform changes, and emerging formats to keep content fresh and relevantAnalyze performance and optimize content based on engagement, reach, and conversion insights
