YOUR DAILY JOB WILL INCLUDE

Taking high-quality pictures and videos of vehicles Posting inventory all day on Facebook Marketplace, groups, Instagram, TikTok, OfferUp, and other platforms Creating attractive descriptions and responding quickly to leads Following up with customers aggressively and professionally Bringing customers to the dealership and helping close deals Continuously reposting and refreshing inventory to keep leads coming in Learning how financing works and helping customers apply online Working as a team to move inventory

FAST WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO

Are bilingual (English/Spanish) Understand social media and Facebook Marketplace very well Are NOT shy talking to customers Know how to take attractive vehicle pictures/videos Are aggressive, motivated, and money hungry Understand that effort = income Want to make REAL money, not hourly babysitting pay Can handle pressure and fast-paced work
