Job Description
Outreach Specialist - PRN Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together Work location: Fort Worth; must have reliable transportation, travel required across North Texas Work hours: PRN (as needed) - 20 hours per week, offering additional hours as available . Weekend availability and weekday afternoon/evening availability is required (with some weekday mornings as well). Schedule will be provided two weeks in advance, and employee is expected to attend required events/job assignments at the designated times. This is a grant funded position and subject to the award and continuation of the contract Healthy People, Healthy Communities Exciting opportunity to work on an award-winning, collaborative community health initiative Opportunity to work daily to improve the health and well-being of the community Work is connected to system changes to improve access to fresh food for all residents
