Position Description We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing & Digital Media Specialist to support the company's marketing, branding, and digital communications initiatives. This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing BRG's digital presence through website development, graphic design, content creation, social media management, and emerging marketing technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical and creative skills, with experience developing and maintaining websites, creating compelling visual content, and utilizing AI-powered tools to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. This individual will play a key role in strengthening BRG's brand, increasing engagement with clients and industry partners, and supporting company growth initiatives. This position will work closely with company leadership and staff to develop marketing strategies, create engaging content, maintain brand standards, and ensure a consistent and professional presence across all digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize company websites, including content updates, landing pages, and user experience improvements. Monitor website performance, analytics, and search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives. Create and manage content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms. Design marketing materials including brochures, presentations, advertisements, trade show materials, and digital assets. Create employee spotlights, project highlights, company announcements, and other branded content. Coordinate photography, videography, and multimedia content development. Develop and maintain company brand standards across all marketing materials and communications. Utilize AI-powered tools to improve content creation, research, workflow automation, and marketing effectiveness. Research and evaluate emerging marketing technologies and industry trends. Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and digital communications. Track and report on marketing performance metrics, website traffic, and social media engagement. Coordinate promotional efforts for company events, industry conferences, recruiting initiatives, and community involvement activities. Maintain marketing asset libraries, including graphics, photography, videos, and branded materials. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and develop new marketing opportunities and campaigns. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field preferred. Minimum 3 years of professional marketing experience required. Experience developing and maintaining websites, including content management systems such as WordPress or similar platforms. Strong graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software. Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, or similar platforms. Knowledge of SEO principles, website analytics, and digital marketing best practices. Experience with photography, videography, and/or video editing preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business software tools. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
