This hybrid technology administrator bridges the gap between organizational business goals and the technical operations required to achieve them. This person will create and manage social media content, edit videos, design graphics, and run digital ads. The goal is to build brand awareness and engage community stockholders in agency related activities via various communications media (broadcast, print, digital, and/or social) for use by the agency, the general public, and other government agencies. Maintains, configures, and troubleshoots the organization's technological infrastructure. Ensures hardware, software, and networks run securely and efficiently, serving as the primary point of contact for resolving employees' technical issues and optimizing daily business operations including servers, computers and WI-FI networks. • Education preferred: A minimum of an Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Communication, Marketing is preferred. •
Experience:
5-7 years in IT and/or digital operations is •
Soft Skills:
Great communication, problem-solving, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply. •
Hard Skills:
Cloud computing, data governance, cybersecurity, and vendor management.
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
