Office Assistant

Job Description Innovate Dental Marketing is the leader in Marketing and Communications solutions for Dental practices and Dental Service Organizations. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to help us grow our Longview, WA office! The part time Office Assistant will to help support both internal (employees) and external customers, help with outbound communications, and inbound inquiries. Duties include, but are not limited to: Help disseminate communications within the office, as well as our Houston, TX location Answering Inbound Calls and direct them to the appropriate resource Help manage social media marketing campaigns and become an advocate for our company in our social media spaces, sometimes engaging in dialogue and answering questions when appropriate. Post blog posts to various WordPress websites Communicate with Vendors to help make sure projects stay "on track"

Requirements:

Familiar with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Basic understanding of WordPress In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) Great communication skills, able to communicate via email, phone, and in person Ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound. Positive attitude with an eagerness to contribute to the team! This is a part time position with approx. 30 hours per week, Mon - Fri Approx 9am - 3pm.
