Job Description

Position Overview The Social Media Coordinator will play a key role in supporting social media growth efforts across platforms. This person will contribute to research, trend analysis, content planning, execution, scheduling, and performance evaluation. They will collaborate with leadership and other team members to help refine and implement strategy while ensuring consistent, high-quality execution. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, comfortable balancing research and planning with hands-on content management. Key Responsibilities Contribute to social media growth initiatives through research and trend analysis Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats Conduct competitor research and audience insights Support the development and refinement of social media strategies Content Planning & Execution Assist in creating and maintaining content calendars aligned with brand goals Write captions and optimize posts for engagement and reach Coordinate or create visual content (graphics, short-form video, etc.) Maintain consistent brand voice across platforms Scheduling & Publishing Schedule and publish content across social platforms Ensure timely posting and campaign alignment Manage social media management tools and workflows Performance Tracking & Evaluation Monitor platform analytics and engagement metrics Help evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement Provide regular performance insights and recommendations Support testing and optimization efforts Qualifications 1-5 years of experience managing or supporting brand social media accounts Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices Experience with scheduling and analytics tools Strong written communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience contributing to growth strategy or campaign planning Basic graphic design or video editing skills Familiarity with influencer outreach or community management Experience in lifestyle, brand, or startup environments What Success Looks Like Consistent and high-quality content execution Active contribution to trend research and growth opportunities Improved engagement and audience development over time Strong collaboration with leadership and team members •This role involves some travel to
