In this role, you will be the face of the company — professionally evaluating gold and jewelry, negotiating with clients, and completing transactions directly in our mobile RV units. As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will have the freedom of self-employment while receiving strong company support, warm leads, and a clear path to high earnings through performance-based commissions and team-building opportunities. Key Compensation Training Period :

$150 per approved training day (up to 10 days)

Base Guarantee :

$4,500 per 30 days (if commissions are lower)

Commission :

20% of the company's net profit from your personal transactions

Team Building Override :

+6% from agents you personally recruit + 2% from second-level agents Weekly fuel and business expense reimbursements Company-provided RV and operational support Responsibilities Conduct professional on-site evaluation of gold, jewelry, and other precious metals brought by customers to the mobile RV unit. Perform accurate weighing, testing (acid/electronic), and valuation of gold items based on current market prices and purity. Negotiate fairly and transparently with clients to reach mutually beneficial transactions. Maintain detailed records of all purchases, ensuring full compliance with company procedures and legal requirements. Provide exceptional customer service and build trust with every client. Confirm and manage daily customer appointments through the company CRM system. Represent Gold Adam with the highest level of professionalism and integrity at all times. Participate in ongoing training to improve evaluation skills and product knowledge. Follow strict company protocols for documentation, security, and transaction processing. Requirements Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. Previous experience in sales, customer service, jewelry, precious metals, or cash-for-gold businesses is a big plus. Ability to work independently while following established procedures. Professional appearance and strong communication skills. Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations (company provides RV for operations). Must be authorized to work in the United States as an Independent Contractor (1099).
