Parker's is a family-owned and operated towing service that has over 5 locations throughout the Fort Wayne area, more than 100 large and small hook trucks and over 100 employees. Parker's has been reliably and honestly providing excellent customer service to the Fort Wayne area for more than 90 years. We value our employees and understand the importance of work-life balance. Impound Agents deal with customers on a daily basis. They answer calls via phone or in-person, assisting customers quickly and efficiently. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, can work both independently and as a team, and is reliable. Looking to make an immediate hire! Pay starts at $17.00/hour with potential for growth!

Hours:

Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm. Weekends required. No nights!

Assisting customers in-person and over the phone Walking the impound lot for inventory Creating and organizing invoices Organizing and filing paperwork

Qualifications:

Ability to Multitask Communication Skills Organizational Skills Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Cash Handling Experience Self-Motivated to Work in Both Team and Independent Settings Willing to Learn Ability to Handle High-Pressure Situations Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus, but not required Apply online today!
