This role serves as the bridge between recruiting, onboarding, marketing, and agent success, ensuring agents receive the support, resources, accountability, and guidance necessary to grow their businesses and maximize the value of being part of revolv Real Estate. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, relationship-oriented, and capable of managing multiple initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on growth outcomes. Primary ResponsibilitiesRecruiting Support Maintain and organize recruiting pipeline Coordinate recruiting appointments and follow-up Assist with recruiting campaigns and events Support Orange Key Academy recruiting efforts Track recruiting metrics and conversion rates Create recruiting-related content and success stories Agent Onboarding Coordinate onboarding process for new agents Set up company systems and accounts Assist with social media and marketing setup Ensure agents understand available resources Create a positive and professional onboarding experience Agent Success & Retention Regularly check in with new and developing agents Identify agents who may need additional support Encourage participation in office events, meetings, and training Help connect agents with company resources Track onboarding completion and agent engagement Marketing & Content Support Manage social media posting schedule Create basic graphics using Canva Coordinate video content production Highlight agent success stories Maintain consistency of brand messaging Assist with company events, promotions, and recognition programs Growth Initiatives Support implementation of brokerage growth initiatives Coordinate quarterly recognition programs Assist with recruiting and retention campaigns Help improve adoption of company tools and services Success Metrics Success is measured by: Recruiting Recruiting appointments scheduled Recruiting pipeline activity Orange Key Academy conversion rate Net agent growth Agent Success New agent engagement New agent production Onboarding completion Agent retention Marketing Support Consistent social media presence Agent participation in marketing initiatives Production of recruiting and success-story content Ideal CandidateRequired Traits Highly organized Strong follow-through Excellent communication skills Relationship-focused Self-directed Comfortable holding people accountable Positive and energetic personality Preferred Skills Canva Basic video editing Social media management Event coordination CRM management Real estate industry experience (preferred but not required)
