Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Call Center Agent to join our team and support our home remodeling services in the Owings Mills area. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, providing outstanding customer support and guiding them through our offerings. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks will help drive our mission to deliver top-tier client experiences. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first attitude Assist homeowners by providing detailed information about remodeling options, scheduling consultations, and answering inquiries Maintain accurate data entry of client information using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and ensure satisfaction throughout the process Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple calls efficiently Collaborate with project managers and design consultants to relay client needs and preferences Support client services by addressing questions related to project timelines, financing options, and service details Experience Previous call center experience or customer service role in the home improvement or remodeling industry preferred Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients Proven ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills required Experience with data entry, client management systems, and analysis skills is advantageous Knowledge of sales techniques and customer support best practices is highly desirable Ability to maintain professionalism with phone etiquette during high-volume periods Join us in making a difference in homeowners' lives by providing exceptional service that turns their remodeling dreams into reality!
