Job Description
Work Location New York Expected duration 6 months Duties and Responsibilities The intern will contribute to the end-to-end lifecycle of "Cidy", a Copilot Studio multi-agent system that improves internal efficiencies and provides client administrative support, by helping define requirements, design agent behaviors, build and test flows, curate and structure knowledge sources, support deployment, and help maintain the solution post-release.
The specific tasks include:
- Design and document the multi-agent architecture in Copilot Studio (agent roles, tools/actions, handoffs, escalation paths, and guardrails).
- Build agent topics, prompts, and actions; integrate with internal data sources and systems as permitted (e.g., FAQs, forms, service workflows).
- Develop test plans and perform functional, regression, and safety testing (including prompt/response evaluation) to improve accuracy, reliability, and user experience.
- Populate and maintain Cidy's knowledge: collect, clean, structure, and version internal and client administrative content; define taxonomy/metadata and update knowledge articles as processes change.
- Support deployment activities: environment configuration, release notes, user guidance, and change management; monitor adoption and capture user feedback for iteration.
- Service and maintain Cidy post-deployment by triaging issues, tuning prompts/flows, updating knowledge sources, and tracking performance metrics and incident trends.
