Identify and recruit productive agents and established teams aligned with Avanti Way's culture and vision
Build relationships with growth-minded agents across target markets
Conduct strategic business conversations and recruiting presentations
Position Avanti Way as a platform for long-term growth, scalability, and operational leverage
Develop recruiting pipelines by market, production level, and business model Strategic Growth Initiatives
Help drive production growth across all branches
Target agents and teams capable of contributing meaningful transaction volume
Identify opportunities that strengthen both company culture and market presence
Support geographic and operational expansion through relationship-driven recruiting Communicating the Value Proposition

Maintain recruiting KPIs and pipeline reporting
