As we continue expanding, your mission will be to bring the right agents and teams into that ecosystem. What You'll Own You will lead strategic growth initiatives focused on increasing company-wide production volume through targeted agent and team expansion.   • Identify and recruit productive agents and established teams aligned with Avanti Way's culture and vision
  • Build relationships with growth-minded agents across target markets
  • Conduct strategic business conversations and recruiting presentations
  • Position Avanti Way as a platform for long-term growth, scalability, and operational leverage
  • Develop recruiting pipelines by market, production level, and business model Strategic Growth Initiatives
  • Help drive production growth across all branches
  • Target agents and teams capable of contributing meaningful transaction volume
  • Identify opportunities that strengthen both company culture and market presence
  • Support geographic and operational expansion through relationship-driven recruiting Communicating the Value Proposition

  • Tailor recruiting conversations based on each prospect's goals, pain points, and business stage Relationship Development
  • Build authentic, long-term relationships with agents and teams
  • Maintain strong follow-up and recruiting pipelines
  • Stay connected to industry movement, brokerage shifts, and emerging talent
  • Create trust-based recruiting relationships rather than transactional recruiting conversations Recruiting Metrics & Accountability
  • Maintain recruiting KPIs and pipeline reporting
Monitor:
○ Recruiting conversations ○ Appointments ○ Team presentations ○ Conversion rates ○ Incoming production volume ○ Retention and cultural alignment
  • Deliver measurable recruiting outcomes tied directly to long-term company growth Who This Role Is For This role is for someone who:

  • OR strong background in real estate leadership, coaching, or business development
  • Existing relationships within the real estate industry preferred

  • Organized, proactive, and KPI-driven
