Additionally, the company works with these same clients on marketing presentations, print campaigns, and advertising via the models we represent. The company operates with a small number of employees working primarily remotely, and therefore emphasizes collaboration, professionalism, reliability, and clear communication as critical to its success. To this end, team members bring the following to the table both internally and externally: Unparalleled focus on communication, both written and oral Professionalism Utmost respect for colleagues and clients Accountability Promptness Integrity Client and model centric service mindset Role The Junior Agent role exists to provide relationship continuity and execute bookings inside a fast-moving fit modeling agency environment. This position involves coordinating model submissions and castings, scheduling models, and completing bookings with clients. The Junior Agent is operationally critical to the business as the position is tasked with: Timely responsiveness to client needs; Protecting client and model trust through responsiveness and execution, serving as a trusted communication bridge between apparel clients and fit models; Maintaining calm and professionalism in communication during frequent schedule changes; Keeping models informed, engaged, and reliably deployed; and Increasing the company's capacity to service more clients and models without degradation in quality. This profile of this position is beyond a traditional administrative support role, focusing on real-time coordination, relationship-management, and execution within a high-urgency service environment. The company is small, and, as such, there is ample room for growth in this role as the employee gains trust with clients, models, and senior leadership. Escalate issues proactively Core Responsibilities As a Junior Agent, you would be responsible for client coordination & relationship management Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for apparel brand clients' technical design teams Match models appropriately to client needs and specifications for submissions, castings, and substitutions while adhering to client operating and communication styles Coordinate fit session logistics, scheduling updates, confirmations, and changes Respond rapidly to client requests and scheduling issues Manage expectations professionally during conflicts or last-minute changes Maintain high responsiveness across phone, text, email, and Slack Additionally, your role would involve model onboarding, scheduling, booking and relationship management Coordinate onboarding and information collection Maintain ongoing communication with fit models and encourage accountability while maintaining goodwill Track responsiveness, reliability, professionalism, and fit quality Build trust and engagement with reliable talent while being sensitive to interpersonal dynamics in a professional manner Coordinate and confirm fit model availability, preserving positive relationships even during periods of scheduling dynamism and friction Support maintenance of talent bench depth Expectations This role is deceptively demanding. Candidates who view it as "basic scheduling" or "coordination" will not succeed. The operating environment is highly fluid , with many last-minute changes from both clients and models. The Junior Agent must continuously reprioritize without losing accuracy or composure The job requires complex and timely coordination with multiple parties (client teams, technical designers, fit models, Breakwall West team members) Success hinges on performance under pressure .
