As we expand into the Las Vegas market, we are seeking a driven and well-connected Talent Agent to help establish and grow our presence in one of the industry's fastest-growing production hubs. Position Overview The Talent Agent will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and submitting talent for casting opportunities, while building relationships with casting directors, producers, and industry professionals. This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial who is excited to grow with an emerging agency and play a key role in shaping its Las Vegas division. Key Responsibilities Scout, evaluate, and onboard new talent (actors, models, and creators) Submit talent to casting platforms (Casting Networks, Breakdown Services, etc.) Maintain strong relationships with casting directors and production teams Negotiate contracts, rates, and booking terms on behalf of clients Guide talent on career development, branding, and industry positioning Track submissions, auditions, and bookings Stay up-to-date on industry trends and casting needs in the Las Vegas market Collaborate with agency leadership on growth strategy and roster development Qualifications Previous experience as a Talent Agent, Assistant Agent, or Casting Professional preferred Strong understanding of the film, TV, and commercial casting process Existing relationships with casting directors in the Las Vegas market is a plus Familiarity with casting platforms (Casting Networks, Casting.com, etc.) Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Compensation Commission-based (industry standard %) with strong earning potential Opportunity for base salary as the Las Vegas division grows Performance-based incentives and bonuses Why Join Always Talent Agency Be part of a growing, ambitious agency with leadership opportunities Help build and lead our Las Vegas market presence Work closely with ownership and have a direct impact on agency growth Flexible work environment with room for creativity and innovation
