We believe agents are most successful when they have access to real opportunities, clear systems, and consistent coaching. We have a very unique lead generation model not found at most brokerages. We're looking for an Agent Success & Growth Manager to play a key role in our brokerage's growth by recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing real estate agents. This is a people-focused role for someone who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable conducting a recruiting interview, leading a training session, and helping a new agent navigate their first transactions. Position Overview The Agent Success & Growth Manager is responsible for guiding agents through the entire lifecycle of their early experience with the brokerage—from initial recruiting conversations through onboarding, training, and ongoing development. Success in this role will be measured not only by recruiting quality agents, but by helping those agents become productive, engaged, and successful members of the brokerage. Responsibilities Recruiting & Business Development Source and engage prospective agents through social media, networking events, industry events, licensing schools, referrals, and direct outreach. Work recruiting leads generated through the brokerage's existing marketing and CRM systems. Conduct discovery calls and career consultations with prospective agents. Schedule and conduct in-person interviews. Present the brokerage's value proposition and growth opportunities. Maintain recruiting pipeline records and follow-up activities within the CRM. Onboarding & Agent Launch Coordinate agent onboarding and license transfer processes with the help of an assistant- including TREC and HAR transfers, and company software set up. Conduct brokerage orientation and onboarding sessions. Ensure agents complete required onboarding milestones and training requirements. Training & Development Conduct one-on-one follow-up coaching after completion of self-paced training programs. Provide support and coaching during initial lead-generation and phone prospecting activities. Manage agent 30/60/90-day success plans. Conduct regular coaching and accountability meetings. Coach agents on lead conversion, client communication, business development, and transaction management best practices. Identify opportunities for additional training and skill development. Agent Success & Retention Monitor agent engagement, activity, and progress toward production goals. Assist agents in overcoming early-career obstacles and challenges. Help agents establish productive habits and business plans. Partner with brokerage leadership to improve agent retention and performance. Serve as a trusted resource for agents during their first year with the brokerage. Qualifications Required Active Texas Real Estate License. Experience mentoring, coaching, or training agents. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable presenting to individuals and small groups. Strong technology skills and ability to learn new systems quickly. Familiarity with real estate software such as the MLS and related tools and CRM systems Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Preferred Recruiting or business development experience. Brokerage leadership, team leadership, or management experience. Experience working with newer agents. Compensation On target earnings of $66,000 (Guaranteed base salary plus performance based bonus) Ideal Candidate This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others succeed and wants to make a larger impact than they could through personal production alone. Whether you've been a top-producing agent who loves mentoring, a team leader, sales manager, coach, or brokerage trainer, we'd love to hear from you.
