Marketplace Returns Associate

Marketplace Returns Associate - Entry Level Position We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Marketplace Returns Associate to support our warehouse operations. This hands-on role involves inspecting, verifying, and sorting incoming packages to ensure accurate handling of returned items. The right candidate will be organized, efficient, and capable of following procedures with minimal supervision. This position also includes basic computer work and documentation. Over time, additional responsibilities may include inventory processing and support with internal reporting.

Marketplace CSR & Returns Specialist Essential Functions:

Receive and carefully inspect incoming return shipments Verify product SKUs and quantities Identify and report missing, incorrect, or damaged items Sort items into appropriate categories: Inventory, Repack, Trash, or Follow-Up Assist with light repacking of eligible items Maintain accurate tracking of repacked or discarded items Maintain a clean and organized work area Complete weekly cleanout of the breakroom discard area Support internal documentation for reimbursement or resolution processes Communicate clearly with your supervisor about any issues or irregularities Assist with other tasks as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured procedures Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet during the shift Basic computer skills (email, data entry, spreadsheets) Previous warehouse or returns experience is a plus but not required Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
