About the Opportunity Vector Solutions is seeking highly qualified professionals to join our team supporting the Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) Combat Development & Integration (CD&I) Directorate. This is an exciting opportunity to directly shape the future capabilities of America's premier Special Operations Forces. We are hiring across seven specialized analyst positions to provide critical Science, Engineering, Technical, and Analytical (SETA) support for MARSOC's capability development, requirements management, and force modernization efforts. Available Positions C5ISR Support Analyst
  • Communications, networking, and ISR systems Targeting Support Analyst
  • Joint targeting, fires, and effects integration ISS Support Analyst
  • Intelligence, surveillance, and sensitive reconnaissance systems Sensitive Activities & Effects Support Analyst
  • EW, cyber, and sensitive activities programs Lethality Support Analyst
  • Ground mobility platforms and weapons systems General Combat Development Support Analyst
  • Broad CD&I and JSOC integration support Requirements Coordinator
  • Financial management and requirements documentation What You'll Do Provide expert analysis and recommendations on SOF capability gaps, materiel solutions, and emerging technologies Support requirements development across JCIDS, SOFCIDS, and Marine Corps processes Conduct assessments of current and future SOF equipment, systems, and platforms Coordinate with USSOCOM, USMC, Joint Staff, and interagency partners Develop and present briefings to senior military leadership Support operational testing, evaluation, and fielding of new capabilities Manage requirements documentation, financial tracking, and program coordination Minimum Qualifications Experience (varies by position): 5+ years of SOF or conventional military experience supporting USSOCOM operational units (Lethality Analyst, Requirements Coordinator) 10+ years of combined operational experience in relevant functional areas (all other positions) 3+ years of
SOF/SMU/DIA/CIA
experience in advanced surveillance operations (ISS Analyst only) Functional Expertise in
One or More Areas:
SOF communications, tactical networking, satellite communications, and C5ISR systems Joint targeting, JTAC/SOTAC operations, fires coordination, and CJADC2 Intelligence collection, technical surveillance, HUMINT/CI, SSE, and sensor networks Electronic warfare, cyber operations, and sensitive activities Ground mobility platforms (LTATV, GMV, MRAP, M-ATV) and waterborne systems
JSOC/NMF
integration, combat development processes, and program management Marine Corps/SOF comptroller functions, budgetary processes, and DAI systems
Security Clearance:
Active SECRET clearance (minimum for some positions) Active
TOP SECRET
with SCI eligibility (required for most positions)
Skills:
Highly effective written and oral communication skills Ability to interact professionally with senior DoD officers and staff in joint/interagency environments Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and SharePoint Working knowledge of USSOCOM and Marine Corps capability development policies, orders, and directives Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required) Experience in capability development offices (USSOCOM
SOF AT&L, USMC CD&I, MCSC, NSW, MARSOC
G-8, USASOC, AFSOC, or similar) Relevant military training/certifications: MARSOC Network Operator Course or equivalent SOF technical operator training Service-level JTAC qualification, Joint Targeting Course, or FAC certification NSW Tactical Surveillance Operations, MARSOC Technical Surveillance and Cyber Course, or equivalent DoD Financial Management Level 1 Certification (Requirements Coordinator) Proficiency with operational software: PALANTIR, Falcon View, Raptor X, Google Earth, C2PC, DCGS-SOF, SOCRATES Experience with AI/ML applications, RF/EW systems, or networked battlefield architectures Detailed understanding of MARSOC, USSOCOM, and adjacent SOF component organizational structures and missions Vector Solutions is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) committed to providing exceptional training and operational support services.
