None Required. The Opportunity You will serve as a pivotal field leader for a family-owned company with over 52 years of industry excellence and a massive 16-month project backlog. This role offers the stability of long-term work and a clear pathway for professional advancement beyond the foreman level. You will have the chance to mentor crews while upholding a reputation for superior craftsmanship and professional integrity. How You Will Make an Impact Supervise and lead masonry crews on commercial job sites to ensure high-quality project delivery. Interpret complex blueprints, plans, and technical specifications to maintain precision in masonry installations. Coordinate daily job activities and production schedules to meet strict project timelines. Execute project documentation and reporting through Procore to ensure seamless communication with management. Train and mentor crew members to foster a culture of professional growth and teamwork. Enforce strict compliance with safety standards to maintain a secure and professional job-site environment. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience specifically within the commercial masonry field. Proven ability to read and understand complex blueprints and construction plans. Demonstrated proficiency using Procore for project management and communication. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Dedicated commitment to employee development, teamwork, and company success. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Demonstrated history of taking ownership of project outcomes and leading by example.
