The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology, along with the ability to provide therapeutic massage services to enhance the well-being of our patients. This role requires a commitment to patient care and an understanding of various massage techniques, including deep tissue and trigger point therapy. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Provide various types of massage therapy, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a med spa setting to provide comprehensive care. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Skills Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy to effectively assess and treat clients. Experience in pain management techniques and occupational health practices. Proficiency in deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy methods. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with medical terminology related to massage therapy practices. Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and develop appropriate treatment plans based on individual needs. Hours we are hiring for- Monday 9-5, Tuesday 9-6, Wednesday 9-1 and Thursday 1-5.
