Job Description

Overview Are you a seasoned automotive professional with a passion for precision and performance? We're seeking a Master Automotive Technician to join our expansive, state-of-the-art facility featuring a massive 24,000 square foot shop equipped with an on-site MainLine Prohub dyno! This is an exciting opportunity for skilled technicians eager to work on a variety of vehicles, including domestic, european, diesel and exotics! Duties Conduct comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive electrical systems, schematics, and automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues accurately and efficiently. Perform repairs and maintenance on powertrain components, transmissions, steering systems, suspension, brakes, and alignments to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive service equipment to execute repairs with precision. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems on various vehicle makes and models. Conduct vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, wheel alignments, and fluid replacements. Collaborate with all team members to maintain excellent customer service standards. Requirements ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent experience 5+ years of automotive mechanical experience including diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, transmissions, and engine repair. Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics tools and schematics interpretation. Familiarity with European vehicles is highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance machinery. Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for excellence Valid driver's license and clean driving record Professional appearance and work ethic Motivated with a positive attitude Must maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality Must provide own personal tools Why Motorplex?
