Master Mechanic A Tech

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Master Mechanic A Tech to join our dynamic automotive service team. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various vehicle components, including powertrain systems, transmissions, diesel engines, and suspension. Conduct wheel alignments, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibrations, and vehicle inspections to ensure safety and optimal performance. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair tools to execute repairs efficiently. Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service bulletins to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Assist with auto estimating procedures and document all work performed accurately in service records. Requirements Proven dealership experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance. Extensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics, powertrain components, transmissions, and diesel engine repair. Hands-on experience with ADAS calibration, wheel alignment, vehicle maintenance, and automotive electrical troubleshooting. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive service tools. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills in diagnosing complex vehicle issues. Service technician experience working on all brands is preferred. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately; familiarity with auto estimating software is a plus.
