Duties Provide expert hair styling, coloring, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care, and makeup services to clients with precision and creativity. Lead by example in maintaining impeccable sanitation standards and proper use of salon equipment and tools such as straight razors and threading implements. Manage salon operations including appointment scheduling using salon software like MINDBODY, front desk duties, retail sales, and inventory management. Mentor and train team members on advanced techniques in hair styling, barbering, retail math, upselling strategies, and customer service excellence. Oversee store management responsibilities such as staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and ensuring a positive work environment. Drive retail sales by recommending products aligned with client needs while employing effective upselling techniques. Ensure all team members adhere to health regulations and sanitation protocols to provide a safe environment for clients and staff alike. Foster strong communication with clients to understand their preferences and deliver personalized beauty solutions that exceed expectations. Utilize salon software like

for booking appointments, client records management, and sales tracking. Qualifications Proven expertise in cosmetology or barbering with current licensing or certification required. Extensive experience in hair styling, hair extensions (including tape-in or clip-in), color theory application, eyelash extensions, nail care, and makeup application. Skilled in using straight razors for grooming services. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and health regulations within a salon setting. Demonstrated ability to manage store operations including retail sales, inventory control, and staff mentoring. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect warmly with clients and motivate team members. Proficiency in salon software such as

for scheduling and client management. Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately for upselling opportunities. Experience in front desk operations including appointment booking and customer inquiries is preferred.
