This is a working foreman role — you'll still turn wrenches while leading the technical side of the department.

The pay:

$45-$65 flat rate — top of that range is real, not bait Sign-on bonus available Relocation assistance if you're coming from out of town The work: Diagnose the hard stuff — electrical, drivability, the jobs other techs hand back Assist technicians on complex repairs so the shop doesn't stall Manage STAR cases and manufacturer tech support QC repairs before vehicles leave — you're the last line Help develop younger techs over time The shop: Consistent repair order volume — you won't be scraping for hours Modern diagnostic equipment Clean, organized environment Parts and service support that actually functions Management that came up through the industry and respects the work The benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, tuition reimbursement, employee discount, flexible scheduling What we're looking for: Dealership experience — ideally 7+ years CDJR / Stellantis background preferred Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills Valid driver's license Chrysler certification preferred — but if you're close, let's talk
